Tapas food and meze played a huge part growing up in a Greek Cypriot household.
Eating is a shared experience. At home, we always put our meals in the centre of the table so everyone can tuck in and enjoy. We encourage the same in our restaurant.
Following in their father's footsteps, Michael and George wanted to bring the joy of sharing food and laughter around the family table.
In 2008, nestled away in the city of Nottingham, they opened YAMAS.
